HP announced the availability of its new 13.3 inch Pavilion dv3500t notebook PC in the US. Sporting a liquid metallic HP Intersect Imprint design and bronze finish, it delivers ultimate mobile entertainment.
This 4.12 pound notebook bundles up an Intel Core 2 Duo processor, NVIDIA GeForce 9300M GS 512MB video card, max 8GB RAM, 400GB hard drive, 1,280 x 800 resolution and DVD burner.
It also features built-in HP ProtectSmart Hard Drive Protection, password management with an integrated fingerprint reader (optional), eSATA combo port, an additional USB 2.0 port, 802.11n wireless connectivity, built-in Wi-Fi, ExpressCard slot, 5-in-1 memory card reader, HDMI 3.1 port and is ENERGY STAR qualified, with environmentally friendly packaging.
The HP Pavilion dv3500t will be available for a starting retail price of $999.99 (approx Rs. 46,317). It comes with one-year hardware warranty, a 60-day trial of Microsoft Office Home & Student 2007 Edition, 60 days of complimentary live updates to Symantec Norton Internet Security 2008 and 90 days limited software warranty.
