As the 2008 Summer Olympics begin in China, Lenovo unveils its official Olympic-themed flash drives. Lenovo has come up with limited edition of various flash drives specially designed keeping the Beijing Summer Olympics in mind.
Lenovo’s 4 GB thumbdrive features the material similar to the Olympic torch. This flash drive adorns the game logo surrounded by swirling cloud in red. It is priced at $980 RMB (approx Rs.6,024).
Lenovo Mascot series has six 4 GB flash drives with a Fuwa image printed on the front side. Featuring a Beijing Olympic logo, it is priced at $199 RMB (approx Rs.1,223).
The next flash drive is disguised as the five medallions. Well, apparently this limited edition has been sold out.
Lenovo’s next innovative creation is an extreme limited edition of just ten sets. Each set consists of five 1GB titanium drives with swivel USB plug amazingly packed in a mahogany box.
